Hi! I am Olivia, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I believe our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are all impacted by one another. Sometimes we engage in behaviors that negatively impact our emotions and have overly negative thoughts that influence our behaviors. I specialize in helping individuals challenge their worries, fears, sadness, perceptions, and behaviors. We will work together to develop a plan to help you tackle your challenges at a comfortable and reasonable pace.

I provide online counseling and psychotherapy for residents of Texas

and in office counseling and psychotherapy in Austin, TX

How I Help

I foster a collaborative environment focused on your wants, needs, and goals. My primary modality includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a person-centered approach. I believe in meeting you where you are and will utilize interventions and therapeutic modalities to meet your needs. I lend a listening ear and create a comfortable environment, giving you the chance to share and process your thoughts and feelings. I encourage you and help you develop plans to solve challenges that may be bringing discomfort to your life. Together we will build new skills, increase your self-awareness, and create a more peaceful way of living.

Cat Being Cozy

A bit about me

Hey! I have lived in Austin for about eight years and lived most of my life in Ohio. I am currently working toward my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision. While I am motivated and determined to meet my goals, I highly value self-care and relaxation. I love spending time with friends, and my cats, traveling, and reading a good book.

I faced many challenging experiences throughout life that have led me to the field of counseling. I strive to take care of myself to be there for my clients. I love my job as it allows me to help others grow and process the world around them. I look forward to meeting you!
