Bright Light Counseling Center's clinicians provide quality, individualized, and attuned counseling and psychotherapy sessions. We strive to play a positive role in the lives of teens, young adults, and adults.
We provide in person and teletherapy/online counseling sessions throughout Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Wisconsin, and Florida. We are dedicated to helping light a path through life’s most complex and difficult matters.

To Bright Light Counseling Center I bring 10+ years of office administration. I developed my passion for staff development, employee engagement, and office administration at an Illinois non-profit agency serving adults and children with mental illness and developmental disabilities. I am transplant to Savannah by way of Chicago. Although I miss the city, my family, and friends, I am embracing the change in weather and leaving behind the cold and the snow. I deeply believe in appreciation and recognition. Kindness should be seen not only in professional lives but personal lives. I constantly try to show gratitude to others and be an inspiration for others to do the same. From my own experience, I know that feeling appreciated and recognized at work is a reason to stay and not having this can be a reason to leave. When not at work, I am an avid reader; enjoying mainly fiction and autobiographies. I am also learning to crochet and enjoy crafting gifts for family and friends.
